Social Media Content Tips

Trying to manage several social media platforms is ultimately a challenge. Every platform is different and they all have different purposes so you have to make sure that you are utilizing each platform appropriately. Depending on your industry you do not want to use some platforms that don’t suit your company. It’s also important to take into consideration how many times a day/week you need to post per account to stay consistent and keep your followers engaged.

When coming up with your content you have to take into consideration what platform you want to post on. Between Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Linked, Pinterest, Facebook, and so much more, there is a lot to choose from. On platforms like Linkedin, you will want to post professional related content on and on Youtube post content that is about how to use your product. Figuring out the type of content that is appropriate for the platforms you choose to know helps with content creation and overall engagement.

Now that you have created all your content and figured out how often to post, you have to keep it organized. A great way to do that is by using a content calendar. Tools like Hootsuite are great for putting together your content. You are able to organize all your upcoming posts for the day you want them to be uploading and by platform. You can even set them to post by the minute making it easier for you to plan ahead and post consistently on all your social media platforms. Overall, when posting on social media platforms it is important to incorporate tools and strategies to help engage your target audience.
